Whether at the strategic or tactical level, he actively managed teams of technicians and professionals linked to the completion of engineering projects, the management of construction projects or manufacturing projects. He has established business strategies and management processes from a commercial, financial, and operational point of view, demonstrating great skills in planning, communication and change management.<\/p>\n

Mr. B\u00e9langer notably distinguished himself (Quattro) in 2016 at the IES Lumi\u00e8re Awards by winning the Public Prize and the 2017 CCIRS Excellence Prize in recognition of their contribution to sustainable development. These distinctions earned him recognition in 2017 from the National Assembly. Finally, Mr. B\u00e9langer was a municipal councilor and sits on several boards of directors of public, parapublic or private organizations.[\/vc_column_text]
